Enhancing Pension Plan Engagement: Strategies for Effective Communication

Join us for an insightful seminar on enhancing member engagement with pension plans. Learn how to effectively communicate the plan's value proposition to reinforce its purpose and significance. Discover strategies to align the pension plan with the total rewards strategy, support the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and foster an authentic narrative. This session will provide practical insights to shift perceptions, answer the question "Why should I care?", and enable informed decision-making for both sponsors and plan members.

We are also excited that Dexter John, the new CEO of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), will be joining us to provide insights on his vision of the future of FSRA.
